Services and Fees

I provide individual counseling sessions for clients age 12 and older. Currently I am offering telesessions and will be looking for space in which to provide one to one sessions in the near future. Although I don't provide couple's or family counseling you may invite a friend, your partner or a family member into session in support of your therapeutic process and goals.

Here's a small window into your first few sessions.  Your first session will be an overview of whatever has prompted you to seek therapy along with a brief personal history.  The first few sessions after that will be developing coping skills based on the symptoms you are experiencing as well as education regarding how and why they work.  Once you are able to reliably establish a feeling of safety then we can begin the work of emotional processing together.

FEES

I accept Medicare, Carefirst, United and Cigna insurances. My fee for self pay services are $160 per session and I accept all major credit cards.  I will provide self pay clients with a statement which you can submit to your insurance for out of network benefits or use as a receipt for HSA or FSA funds.
